A Little Bit About Me
My life
I am a Special Needs Mom, Step-Mom, and Mom to 4 beautiful girls. Being a mom has been one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in my lfe.
Education
I have a Masters degree in Physical Assistant Studies and have worked in Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Urgent Care and the Psychiatric fields.
Astrology & HD Studies
I have a certification in Astrology and am continously working on new trainings/certifications in both Astrology and Human Design.
My hobbies
As a Human Design Projector, I have a strong need for balance, rest, and play. I love reading, writing, movies, walks, nature, traveling, and spending time with the people I love.
Coach and life coach
I previously created online courses and coaching programs for special needs moms. This experience was very inspiring and taught me so much! I wrote a book called "Time for You" that is available on Amazon.
My projects
I have a Podcast with my BFF, Jessica, since 2023 called "For Reals Tho". We discuss a variety of topics including women's empowerment, self healing/growth, etc.
